Role Description

This is for a Board of Advisors Member at Sakeenah Real Estate Developments. The Board of Advisors Member will provide strategic guidance and industry insights to support the الشركة's mission and help shape its growth trajectory.

• Income Fund — 9–11% IRR target. Income‑producing assets, capital preservation posture, zero leverage.
• Growth Fund — 18–20% IRR target. Development and value creation, disciplined underwriting, no financial engineering.

Our edge is execution: sourcing, underwriting, acquisition, operations, and exits — no middlemen, no layers, no asset‑level debt.

Advisory Asks

• Quarterly briefings on portfolio, pipeline, and market المنصبing
• Ad hoc reads on specific submarkets, pricing, or deal dynamics
• Sense‑check on underwriting assumptions for live deals
• Introductions to operators, developers, or capital partners where relevant
• Governance and structure feedback as the platform scales
• Credibility signal to institutional investors and LPs

Who we are looking for

• Executives with proven experience in strategic planning, governance, and contributing to organizational oversight at a senior management or advisory level
• Professionals with expertise in real estate development or related industries, especially in areas such as feasibility analysis, capital alالموقع, risk management, or asset management
• 15+ years in UAE / GCC real estate. Institutional developers, fund managers, family offices, or senior advisory roles.
• Respect for disciplined, conservative underwriting. Comfort with Shariah‑aligned structures. No appetite for leverage‑driven narratives.
• Individuals active in the regional real estate community. Known by institutional capital, developers, or operators. No conflicts with existing duties.

Compensation

This is a side advisory engagement — designed to fit around your primary role, with no operational responsibilities and no fiduciary liability.

Time commitment

• One quarterly virtual meeting (~60–90 minutes)
