Job Role: Young Leisure Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Young Leisure Assistant.

• Collaborate with the Entertainment Director or Club Supervisor to ensure all activities are conducted safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records by ensuring parents complete registration forms correctly.
• Develop and manage an inventory of toys, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the club area.
• Work closely with the Recreation Manager to plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities for children.
• Enforce club rules and regulations at all times.
• Maintain awareness of club facilities, promotions, and services.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong qualities of sincerity, transparency, reliability, and loyalty.
• Ability to apply Quality Management and innovation concepts.
