Wellness Coach Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Wellness Coach to lead group activities and provide wellness programs for our resort guests.

Responsibilities:

- Lead group activities such as functional training, yoga, Tabata, TRX, and water gymnastics.

- Manage and maintain all wellness equipment and facilities.

- Support the land sports team with wellness activities when necessary.

- Create and maintain an inventory of all equipment in related areas.

- Supervise and assist guests during Wellness and Entertainment weekly activities.

- Ensure all activities are conducted responsibly and in accordance with industry standards.

- Follow daily and weekly activity schedules as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or vocational certificate.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in leisure recreation or events.

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.

- Advanced English communication skills both written and verbal.
