• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies are followed on site.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and control hazards.
• Lead safety inductions, training sessions, and emergency drills.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses, and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Monitor environmental aspects like waste management and emissions.
• Promote a strong safety culture among workers and contractors.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and report safety performance to management.
• Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with HSE requirements.
• Support internal and external audits related to HSE compliance.

Experience

• Experience conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Familiarity with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to lead safety trainings and promote a safety-first culture.
• Experience working with contractors and managing HSE compliance across multiple teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
