(UAE Driving License) - Location: Fujairah

Logistics and Operational Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation and fleet management.
• Coordinate the efficient allocation of resources to meet delivery schedules and client requirements.

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote and implement HSE policies, conducting training sessions and awareness programs for staff.
• Investigate workplace incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective measures.

Team Supervision and Leadership

• Lead and supervise a team of drivers and logistics personnel, ensuring effective task delegation and performance monitoring.
• Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and training to improve team productivity and adherence to safety standards.
• Act as a communication bridge between the team, management, and clients to ensure operational alignment.

Client and Stakeholder Relations

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently.
• Resolve client issues and provide regular updates on delivery schedules and logistics operations.
• Handle client inquiries, provide updates on deliveries, and resolve any issues promptly

Regulatory Compliance and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, HSE compliance, and incident reports.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to management regarding logistics performance and safety adherence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE: 5 years (Preferred)
