Job Title

As a seasoned trade marketing expert, you will drive business growth and brand awareness across diverse markets.

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive activation strategies, pricing and trade term plans, as well as brand building initiatives that maximize market share and profitability.

You will be responsible for designing tailored activation plans, developing channel-specific strategies, and coordinating shopper marketing initiatives to drive consumer engagement and sell-out growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools, with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with fluency in Turkish and English. Knowledge of the makeup and mass fragrance markets, particularly in Turkey and Pakistan, is also desirable.
