Job Description:

M1 Shipping Company is a growing logistics and shipping services provider based in Dubai. We are seeking an entry-level Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build their career in the shipping industry, with hands-on experience in operations, coordination, and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily shipping operations.
• Prepare and manage load plans.
• Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team.
• Take and manage booking requests with shipping lines.
• Request and track Release Orders.
• Manage bookings according to vessel schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, email, booking platforms).
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of shipping processes preferred.
• Ability to work in night shifts (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Work Schedule

• Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,500.
• Company visa provided.
• Accommodation provided (with salary deduction).
• Transport: Scooter will be provided.
