Sales & Business Development:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Leisure and MICE segments.
• Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings (both locally and internationally if required).
• Develop strategic action plans to drive revenue from the Leisure (FIT, OTA, Tour Operators) and MICE (corporate, government, association, and incentive) markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including travel agencies, event planners, DMCs, and corporate clients.

Revenue Generation:

• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Proactively manage the sales pipeline and produce accurate forecasts and reports.
• Work closely with Revenue and Marketing teams to create competitive packages and seasonal promotions.

Event & Group Coordination:

• Liaise with the Events and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of all MICE bookings and group stays.
• Handle contract negotiations, proposals, RFPs, and follow-ups.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to represent the hotel.

Reporting & Strategy:

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide timely reporting to management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan.
