We are looking for a Broker Performance & Quality Lead to drive accountability, CRM compliance, and client experience across our real estate brokerage. This role ensures brokers follow up leads correctly, maintain accurate pipelines in Bitrix24, and deliver a consistently high-quality client journey.

This is a real estate operations and performance role, not software QA.

• Lead and manage a small Quality / Performance team
• Audit broker activity in Bitrix24 (lead response, follow-ups, pipeline accuracy)
• Enforce CRM standards and follow-up SLAs
• Conduct pipeline reviews and flag underperformance
• Oversee client callbacks, feedback, and issue resolution
• Analyse conversion rates and recommend improvements
• Produce simple performance and quality reports

• Experience in real estate operations, sales ops, QA, or client experience
• Strong CRM experience (Bitrix24 preferred)
• Confident holding brokers accountable
• Analytical, organised, and client-focused
• Dubai real estate experience is a strong plus
