Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in the beautiful city of Dubai! The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our restaurant, including overseeing staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Train, manage and motivate staff to perform to their highest potential
• Analyze sales figures and devise marketing strategies to increase profits
• Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with efficiently and promptly
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises
• Develop relationships with suppliers to secure competitive prices for ingredients and supplies
• Monitor stock levels and order new supplies when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry is essential
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while providing excellent customer service
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff members alike. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Working knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Salary: 1800 AED/month (We are ready to consider a foreigner).
