Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive physical training programs tailored to diverse fitness levels and specific objectives, ensuring program effectiveness and participant safety.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations to determine individual needs, track progress, and modify training plans accordingly, fostering personalized fitness journeys.
  • Provide expert guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety protocols, empowering individuals to train effectively and minimize injury risks.
  • Motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement, encouragement, and creating a supportive training environment.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to coach swimming (preferred skill).
  • Minimum of 2 years practical training experience.
  • Age below 35 years.
