Key Responsibilities:

• - Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access or potential security threats


• - Conduct regular checks of all security systems including CCTV cameras and alarms


• - Respond to any security incidents or emergencies and report them to the appropriate authorities


• - Perform maintenance tasks such as minor repairs painting and cleaning to ensure the facility is well-maintained


• - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and security activities


• - Assist in the implementation of security protocols and procedures


• - Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any security or maintenance concerns


• - Attend training sessions to stay updated on security and maintenance best practices

Qualifications:

• - High school diploma or equivalent


• - Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role


• - Valid security license and knowledge of security protocols and procedures


• - Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks and experience with hand and power tools


• - Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations


• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• - Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records


• - Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks as needed


• - Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if required


• - Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
