Rate: $18/ hr on W2

*The resource MUST be able to clear a 7‑year Package A background and sign a non‑disclosure agreement.*

Local Only Candidates – Candidates must be local at time of submission and available for in‑person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date. Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.

• Sweeps, mops, waxes and vacuums floors/carpets
• Dusts, polishes and waxes furniture
• Prior cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Cleans restrooms, locker rooms and equipment
• Inspects and performs minor repairs on equipment, furniture and fixtures
• Moves furniture and equipment
• Prepares, paints, strips and/or resurfaces various surfaces
• Washes and cleans walls, windows and vents
• Inspects and maintains facilities during vacation periods
• Performs assigned tasks in response to requests and complaints
• Adheres to applicable policies and procedures
• Keeps assigned tools and/or equipment in clean and safe working condition
• Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
