The Sailor 1st Class position requires an individual with exceptional maritime skills and knowledge to lead a team in ensuring the safe passage of a vessel. This challenging role demands at least five years of experience working on a ship, along with all relevant certifications and licenses.

• Operate and maintain complex vessel equipment, including engines, navigation systems, and safety gear.
• Collaborate with crew members and the captain to navigate the ship through diverse weather conditions.
• Monitor weather patterns and make strategic adjustments to ensure the safety of the crew and the vessel.
• Foster effective communication among crew members to optimize team performance.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on deck and in the engine room to prevent technical issues.
• Comply with stringent safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks.

• A minimum of five years of experience as a Sailor on a ship.
• A valid Sailor 1st Class certification or equivalent.
• STCW Basic Safety Training certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English language fluency, with Arabic preferred.
• Excellent physical stamina to withstand prolonged hours at sea and handling heavy equipment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
