Our client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa region based in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Manager – Retail Marketing who will develop retail strategy for the new co., including planning, designing, and المنصبing of the retail arm, develop marketing and budget plans covering launch, activation, events for retail, liaise with the retail management team to ensure consensus and approval, and be responsible for marketing plan implementation and tracking. Reporting to Senior Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible to:

Develop the core المنصبing, messaging, and segmentation for the الشركة’s retail arm
Create awareness, enhance visibility, and strengthen the retail image of NewCo.
Develop and implement a budget, marketing plan, and sales support tools including launch collateral, customer touch points, and corresponding ROI.
Take responsibility for related events and exhibition planning and execution, including project conceptualization, management, design, budget, execution, and success measurement tools.
Lead project brand-building plans.
Conduct market intelligence on leases, competition, and marketing trends.
Develop tailored content for presentations, datasheets, and customer case studies that highlight the value proالمنصب of the new co. and retail arm.
Work closely with the communications team to ensure maximum leverage from media and PR.
Work closely with customer service/CRM to register and monitor leads for lease.
Manage agency relationships across the marcom mix.
Collaborate with the mall management team to ensure operational marketing activities are aligned with brand and marketing strategy.

Business Capabilities

6+ years of marketing experience, 3+ years of experience in retail/shopping malls.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
