Line Cook

  • Prepare and cook menu items following standards and portion sizes.
  • Ensure food is cooked safely, hygienically, and to proper quality.
  • Follow daily prep and station set-up instructions and checklists.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations.
  • Label, store, and rotate food according to safe food handling procedures.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
  • Comply with health and safety and food hygiene standards at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
