Commercial Coordinator TAGALOC SPEAKER

Job Description

Your duties and responsibilities:

* Assisting and working directly with the Sales Team and Sales Manager.

* Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.

* Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays and assist in arranging delivery dates.

* Handling orders by phone, email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product details.

* Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

* Handling sales tasks overseas

* System entries and records quotation and sales order directed by sales team

What we are looking for:

* TAGALOC speaker

* Fluent in English

* Excellent communication skills

* Detail orientation

* Organization skills

* Ability to work in a team

* Basic computer skills

Salary:

3000 aed montly

Candidate shall be available in UAE and ready to start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • of purchasin, reception, sale coordination: 1 year (Required)
