Job Summary: We are hiring Kitchen Stewards for a reputed hotel in Dubai UAE. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness hygiene and supporting smooth kitchen operations by assisting chefs and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans and cutlery.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls and storage areas.
  • Dispose of garbage and maintain proper waste management standards.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning materials.
  • Assist chefs with basic kitchen preparation when required.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Salary: 40000 per month

Requirements
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in hotel kitchen / stewarding preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Physically fit and able to work long duty hours.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
