A leading hospitality organization based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Full-time Communication Specialist to manage internal and external communications, provide guests with information, and assist customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in customer service, possessing excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

• The successful candidate will handle incoming calls from guests,  responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;

This role requires proficiency in using telephone systems.Guest satisfaction is our top priority!
