About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Junior Restaurant Waiter, where you will play a key role in delivering the signature service and operational excellence that define RIU Dubai.

In this role, you’ll thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced city while being part of a pioneering hotel concept that stands out in the Middle East’s competitive hospitality market.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in setting up tables before service and clearance.
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Support Waiters and Senior waiters during service.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards as per policy.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree orDiploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • German, Russian, French and Spanish speaker is an advantage but not required.
  • Prior hospitalityexperience is an advantage but not required.
