• Responsible for the procurement business of JD Group in the Middle East, with a focus on categories including warehouse, equipment, consumables, interior renovation, administration, etc.
• Responsible for procurement process optimization: from managing procurement requests to supplier sourcing, formulating procurement plans, operating procurement, and managing vendor performance, ensuring that procurement outcomes meet requirements.
