About the Role

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient service, high-quality food standards, and a remarkable guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality food standards.
  • Manage staff, control costs, maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and drive overall restaurant performance and profitability.
  • Ensure high-quality guest service, be highly visible, actively participate in service, and assist in taking and serving orders.
  • Engage in marketing of the outlet (Bar and Restaurant), draft and implement the food & beverage marketing plan.
  • Initiate discussions on menu mix with senior food & beverage management and drive up-selling programs.
  • Continuously develop culinary, beverage and wine knowledge; conduct tastings for colleagues, instill excitement and passion for international cuisines and wines.
  • Engage in guest interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner, create personalized experiences, establish a network of regular guests, and keep relevant and accurate records.
Qualifications
  • College degree, preferably in hotel/restaurant management.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role.
  • Strong interest in food and wines with professional training in food and wine knowledge.
  • Management skills and upward mobility potential.
  • Business acumen, guest PR skills, and personal flair.
  • Computer literate and proficient with food & beverage computer systems.
