Develop and execute the overall corporate banking strategy in alignment with the bank’s objectives and risk framework.
Drive sustainable growth across large corporate, government, and institutional segments.
Identify new market opportunities and lead business development initiatives to enhance market share and profitability.
Client & Business DevelopmentLead relationship management with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Oversee the origination and structuring of corporate lending, trade finance, project finance, and treasury solutions.
Collaborate with product, credit, and risk teams to deliver customized financial solutions that meet client needs.
Financial & Risk ManagementManage the P&L of the Corporate Banking Division, ensuring revenue targets are met and portfolio quality remains strong.
Maintain sound credit discipline and ensure adherence to internal risk policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring proactive risk identification and mitigation.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing corporate banking team.
Establish clear objectives, drive accountability, and foster a results-oriented culture.
Promote continuous learning, development, and succession planning within the team.
Operational ExcellenceEnsure efficient credit approval, client onboarding, and transaction execution processes.
Drive digital transformation and process automation to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with all local and international banking regulations and internal audit standards.
REQUIREMENTS Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 15 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within corporate or wholesale banking.
Proven track record in managing large corporate portfolios and delivering strong financial performance.
In-depth knowledge of credit risk, corporate finance, project finance, and trade products.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
