Overview

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Female Guest Service Agent to join our team in Dubai الإمارات العربية المتحدة. As a Guest Service Agent you will be the الأول point of contact for our guests ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival providing a warm and professional الأول impression
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously either in person or over the phone
  • Assist guests with room reservations upgrades and special arrangements
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities services and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean organized and presentable at all times
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining guest records
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting when necessary
