Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team at BAO, 3DX, and Dynagraph. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design tools. You will be responsible for developing visually engaging designs for digital and print media that align with our brand identity and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and create high-quality visual content for marketing materials, social media, digital campaigns, and print collaterals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all designs.
  • Prepare design layouts, illustrations, and artwork for approval and final production.
  • Work on branding projects, product packaging, exhibition graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for various digital platforms and printing specifications.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic designing; experience with BAO, 3DX, or Dynagraph is an advantage.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other related design software.
  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Experience in 3D visualization or exhibition design will be an added advantage.
