EH187 - 2 Full-Time Nannies - Abu Dhabi

Job Reference Code EH187 A family living in Abu Dhabi is seeking two nannies to help care for their three young children. They will work together, with one nanny caring primarily for their two elder sons whilst the second nanny will care for their youngest child. The schedule is to be determined but would be 5-days per week, and 12-hour days. To ensure childcare coverage, there would be two days per week when each nanny would be caring for all three children.

Accommodation is provided with a private bedroom and bathroom for each nanny.

The family regularly travel and would require the nannies to join them.

Responsibilities

• Encourage the children to meet their educational milestones
• Organize stimulating activities
• Ensure the children are ready and prepared for the school day
• Support daily routines
• Drive the children to school - drop off and collect
• Take the children to after school activities
• Teach the children life skills
• Babysitting
• Travel with the family on domestic and international vacations
• Have regular contact with the children's school and keep the parents updated
• Both nannies are to collaborate and work as a team

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking would be a bonus
• Previous experience traveling with families
• Full discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Ability to adapt to different environments
• Good time management skills

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking
• Early Years Childcare qualification
• Longevity in previous placements
• The nanny caring for their younger child must be Montessori trained
• Flexibility to be able to go with the flow and adapt to الأخير minute changes

Salary and Benefits

• Between $80,000 and $120,000 per year (DOE)
