ANASA at Conrad Dubai is a seasonal, alfresco dining destination located on Level 6, celebrating the timeless classics of Greek cuisine and the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean. We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who understands authenticity, simplicity, and quality, and who is passionate about Mediterranean cooking.

In this role, you will prepare and present high quality Greek and Mediterranean dishes that deliver an exceptional Guest and Member experience, while supporting kitchen operations and food cost controls.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and present authentic Greek and Mediterranean dishes in line with ANASA's culinary standards
• Support daily kitchen production and service, ensuring consistency and quality
• Prepare mise en place for all relevant menus, with attention to freshness and detail
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring strict hygiene and zero cross contamination
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety standards
• Respond positively and efficiently to guest feedback and special requests
• Support cost control initiatives and contribute to departmental financial targets
• Work closely with the culinary team and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Report maintenance, hygiene, and safety concerns promptly
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and food safety legislation
• Actively support departmental targets and sustainability practices

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in Greek or Mediterranean cuisine is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of fresh ingredients, classic techniques, and seasonal menus
• A team player with a passion for quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
• Willingness to grow and develop within a luxury hospitality environment
