Customer Success Manager

norbloc builds ecosystems for the sharing of validated data and provides mission-critical applications to financial institutions looking to digitize and improve the efficiency of client onboarding and data management processes.

We are currently seeing strong international growth across Europe and the MENA region. Our expanding client portfolio includes government entities and global financial institutions such as HSBC and Emirates NBD.

We are now growing the team to support our expanding client portfolio and further develop our data sharing platforms. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with great communication and interpersonal skills to be part of our commercial team in Dubai, الإمارات العربية المتحدة. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining continuously stronger connections with our customers, driving advocacy.

The role is on a full-time basis, based in Dubai, UAE.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Drive advocacy by turning satisfied clients into references for new prospects.
  • Collect client feedback and customer success stories to create testimonials and case studies.
  • Foster direct communication with clients, handle incoming requests and develop trusting relationships, meeting sales targets.
  • Develop an understanding of norbloc products to provide prospects with accurate information on solutions.
  • Support the Sales Team internally to create a functional and fun team environment.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience in B2B customer success, ideally in a software الشركة, and/or within the financial sector.
  • University degree in Business or other relevant field of studies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic, written and verbal, is considered a plus).
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving and a customer-الأول attitude.
  • Self-motivated individual and an eagerness to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Industry and market knowledge regarding software solutions, KYC/AML compliance, financial services and RegTech.
