We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Head Therapist to join our luxury hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the treatment areas, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, professionalism, hygiene, and therapist performance.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, excellent guest engagement skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing spa team within a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the daily operations of the spa treatment areas
  • Deliver spa treatments to the highest luxury hospitality standards
  • Train, coach, and continuously develop therapists in treatments, product knowledge, and customer service
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the spa
  • Monitor treatment and retail sales performance and support the achievement of departmental targets
  • Coordinate therapist schedules and rosters according to operational requirements
  • Manage stock inventory and retail products in line with الشركة procedures
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding products, training, promotions, and retail displays
  • Assist in recruitment, trade testing, and onboarding of therapists
  • Conduct regular therapist performance evaluations and coaching sessions
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office and Concierge teams to enhance guest experience and increase spa capture rate
