Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role located in Sharjah Head Office, with flexibility for some remote work. The Compliance Manager Operations/SMS Manager will oversee regulatory compliance, coordinate and enhance the Safety Management System (SMS), and ensure the الشركة adheres to aviation safety standards. Core responsibilities include conducting audits, maintaining compliance with local and international regulations, implementing safety initiatives, liaising with regulatory authorities, and preparing reports.
