We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, real estate financial management, and ERP systems, with the ability to provide timely and accurate financial information to management while safeguarding company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily, accurate financial accounts with no backlog.

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and reports to management.

• Safeguard all company assets and ensure proper insurance coverage.

• Prepare and present monthly financial statements by the 7th of each month.

• Ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and compliant with statutory requirements.

• Handle all commercial, legal, and regulatory financial obligations.

• Ensure timely payment to suppliers, vendors, and contractors.

• Monitor tenant collections, provide weekly receivables statements with aging analysis, and take timely action on bounced cheques.

• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure recovery of overdue receivables.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in real estate.

• Strong knowledge of real estate financial operations.

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
