The Personal Trainer / Coach is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and motivating one-on-one and small group training sessions that help members achieve their fitness goals. The Coach designs personalized training programs, tracks member progress, and actively promotes personal training packages and services to support member results, retention, and club revenue.

Key Responsibilities / Dutie

• sDeliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions tailored to each member’s fitness level, goals, and needs
• .Achieve individual personal training sales targets and consistently conduct the required number of sessions per week to meet delivery targets
• .Design and regularly update individualized training programs based on member assessments, goals, and ongoing progress
• .Conduct fitness assessments, track member results, and adjust programs to ensure continued progress and motivation
• .Promote and sell personal training packages, class series, and other fitness services to members.(Stay on track with PTS &PTC Target
• )Build strong, professional relationships with members to support motivation, retention, and referrals
• .Maintain a safe, clean(floor), and well-organized training environment, ensuring correct and safe use of equipment
• .Stay current on fitness trends, training techniques, and certifications through ongoing professional development
• .Plan, prepare, and deliver group fitness classes as scheduled, ensuring high-quality, engaging sessions for members
• .Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member sessions, programs, and progress in the CRM system
