All Inclusive Collection Properties is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee station and delivering exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve coffee tea smoothies and specialty beverages with accuracy consistency and attention to presentation.
  • Customize beverages based on guest requests while maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests taking orders promptly and addressing questions or concerns.
  • Upsell and recommend beverages snacks and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Operate clean and maintain espresso machines grinders blenders and other café equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and report any technical or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans milk syrups and other supplies; ensure timely replenishment.
  • Follow cash handling procedures process payments accurately and maintain transaction records when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations counters seating areas and storage spaces.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety health and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Ensure proper labeling storage and rotation of products to minimize waste.
  • Assist in training and supporting new team members.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment supporting colleagues during busy shifts.
  • Represent the brand by maintaining high standards of personal appearance and professional conduct.
Qualifications :
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a barista in a hotel or café setting.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
