The Commercial Manager is responsible for leading pricing and commercial terms related to Managed Services proالمنصبs and solutions. The role will encompass financial analysis pricing scenarios, business case preparation and detail of commercial terms.

The Commercial Manager will provide expert financial modeling and pricing analysis in the bidding and solutioning environment with active participation in collection and optimisation of cost inputs. The Commercial Manager will work closely with solution leads, SMEs and other stakeholders and will develop the necessary tools and templates to facilitate solution development.

• Lead costing and pricing exercises for Managed Services proالمنصب in accordance with internal policies and guidelines
• Review and provide feedback on solutions based on benchmarks and precedents
• Create business plans and financial scenarios for Managed Services opportunities
• Provide financial insights and analysis to Leadership on an adhoc basis as requested
• Prepare and maintain financial statement analysis
• Provide financial guidance and monitor the financial alالموقعs for Managed Services related investments
• Provide insights and analysis to Leadership on budgets and forecast review (KPIs variance analysis etc)
• Liaise closely with MI/reporting team to align on management reports and support automation such as dashboards
• Understand general accounting principles & standards
• Monitor contract compliance and adherence to contractual obligations
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with commercial contracts
• Continuously provide guidance and support to teams regarding commercial and contractual matters

Proficient in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field. MBA would be advantageous.

Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in a commercial finance or pricing role with a leading firm
