Relationship Manager Female

Job Summary:

Rijas Development is seeking a well-presented, multilingual Relationship Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, providing tailored real estate solutions, and supporting the overall success of the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for existing and prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Present appropriate real estate options based on client needs
• Respond to client inquiries with personalized and timely support
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Documentation teams
• Ensure all client interactions and updates are recorded in the CRM system
• Guide clients through booking, documentation, and after-sales processes
• Achieve assigned KPIs and support team sales targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate or a client-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English and Urdu (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Preferred Languages (in addition to English/Urdu):

• Persian (Farsi)
• French
• Russian
• Arabic

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in real estate or property development
• Ability to work effectively with international clients and investors
• Strong organizational and sales skills
• Problem-solving mindset and professional presentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
