Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with a minimum of 2 years UAE experience to assist our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various accounting duties, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and journal entries.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Reconcile company accounts, including bank and credit card statements

- Prepare and post journal entries

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting

- Perform account analysis and provide recommendations for improvement

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry

- Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
