We are looking to hire Production Supervisor for our Uniforms division - Based in Umm.Al.Quwain

• Responsible for the planning and coordination of all the garment manufacturing activities and ensures that the company production targets are met;
• Administration and operational tasks for the entire production unit.
• Day to day management of workshop staffs.
• Assist in planning, designing and delivering new products.
• Manage quality issues in all aspect of production, workshop operation in line with codes of practice (as per the brand standard).
• Placing orders with Suppliers, Arranging required fabrics and materials.
• Feedback to tailors to optimize the quality and production.
• Oversee production of orders and ensure the accurate and timely completion of it.
• Preparing and review daily production report.
• Evaluate, train, motivate and develop staff to maximize their strengths and improve the efficiency of the production team.
• Communicates at all levels on status and production availability and flag any delays or issues immediately; ensures outbound delivery schedules are met and works towards deadlines.
• Promotes and maintains a harmonious working relationship with all Production staff across the Workshop.
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 yrs work experience in similar industry
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to lead the team

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
