We are looking for a creative and skilled individual to join our team as a Party Decorator & Dessert Maker. This role requires someone who has at least a basic understanding of party decoration and a passion for crafting delicious breads and desserts. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, and a keen interest in baking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Party Decoration:
• Assist in designing and setting up party decor based on themes and customer preferences.
• Prepare and arrange floral arrangements, table settings, balloon decorations, and other event décor elements.
• Ensure that all party decorations meet the expected standards of quality and are set up in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with event planners and clients to create the perfect ambiance for each event.
• Baking & Dessert Preparation:
• Prepare and bake various types of bread, cakes, and desserts for parties and events.
• Ensure that all baked goods are presented beautifully and meet quality standards.
• Customize desserts to suit different themes and dietary preferences (e.g., gluten-free, vegan).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area while ensuring that all ingredients are stored properly.
• Customer Interaction:
• Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and offer decoration and dessert ideas.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of party decoration techniques and design.
• Experience in baking breads, cakes, and desserts.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
