As we continue to grow, we are seeking a happy, passionate, and skilled Receptionist to join our friendly team.

The Invisalign Center is looking for a highly professional and presentable Receptionist to join our team. We seek candidates with a strong customer service orientation, preferably with experience in international or Western healthcare settings. You will manage patient appointments, inquiries, payments, and support the smooth daily operations of the clinic.

• Welcome patients and visitors, handling inquiries via phone and email.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Process patient payments and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments and uphold clinic standards.
• Address patient concerns with professionalism and elevate issues when necessary.
• Experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in healthcare or dental settings.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Chinese, Spanish, French, German, or Russian are a plus.
• Educated in or experienced with international or Western healthcare systems is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
