Here’s your opportunity to join Dubai Holding Entertainment as a Team Leader – Park Services, where you will oversee daily cleaning and sanitation operations, manage on-ground teams and contractors, and support the Manager in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across the park.

• Supervise daily cleaning activities across the park including restrooms, common areas, and high-traffic zones.
• Assign tasks to in-house and third-party cleaning staff, ensuring coverage and quality.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Inspect park facilities and respond to urgent cleanliness needs promptly.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with facilities for repairs.
• Ensure appropriate stock and use of cleaning materials and PPE.
• Train and coach cleaning staff on park standards and guest service.
• Support during peak hours, events, and seasonal operations.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

• High School Certificate or Diploma.
• 2–3 years’ experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility management, preferably in a theme park or hospitality environment.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Basic leadership and scheduling skills with the ability to supervise teams and contractors.
• Health and safety awareness, preferably with basic HSE training.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with strong teamwork, adaptability, achievement drive, and commitment to excellence.
