GEMS Education is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and non-teaching المنصبs. The role involves partnering with stakeholders, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while supporting the organization's growth and reputation.

Job Details

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and reference checks
Partner with stakeholders to understand job requirements and design effective recruiting strategies
Source and build strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Represent GEMS at recruitment events, job fairs, and educational institutions to attract talent
Maintain positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, acting as an ambassador for GEMS values
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and UAE regulations
Collaborate with education colleges and universities to attract teaching graduates and alumni
Provide regular reporting and track recruitment performance metrics
Maintain effective use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) for accurate candidate management

Ideal Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in internal talent acquisition or recruitment agency roles
Experience in the education sector preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and candidate pipelines
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment technology tools
Commercial acumen with focus on delivering results and process improvement
