Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of verifiable retail cashier experience within a high-volume UAE hypermarket or FMCG supermarket environment.

Strong technical proficiency in operating modern POS (Point of Sale) systems, processing split payments, and handling customer loyalty card redemptions accurately.

Exceptional physical stamina required to stand behind a checkout counter for 9 to 10-hour rotational shifts, including mandatory weekend and public holiday deployments.

Responsibilities
  • Execute rapid and accurate barcode scanning of customer groceries, minimizing queue times during peak weekend shopping rushes while maintaining a polite, customer-الأول demeanor.
  • Handle large volumes of physical cash and credit transactions securely, ensuring 100% accuracy during the strict end-of-shift till reconciliation process to prevent financial deductions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the immediate checkout zone and actively assist in restocking impulse-buy shelves near the till area during low-footfall periods.
