As a Store Manager in our Fashion Retail division, you will play a crucial role in managing the day‑to‑day operations of our store while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team, maintaining efficient store operations, and achieving sales targets. Your flair for fashion, combined with your ability to manage a dynamic team, will ensure that our store remains a top destination for fashion‑savvy shoppers. The role requires a strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, customer relationship building, and a passion for driving results. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and work closely with other departments to ensure store success and enhance brand reputation.

• Lead and manage the store team to achieve store targets and objectives.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders when necessary to avoid stockouts.
• Develop and implement strategies for driving sales growth and profitability.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing through effective merchandising techniques.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff knowledge on products and customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and queries promptly to ensure positive resolutions.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of store employees.
• Track and analyze sales figures and retail metrics for informed decision‑making.
• Maintain the security and safety of both the store and personnel at all times.
• Coordinate with the marketing department for seasonal campaigns and promotions.
