Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests throughout their spa experience in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in all spa areas including locker rooms lounges treatment rooms and showers
  • Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after each guest service
  • Ensure a steady supply of clean towels robes linens and other amenities
  • Restock refreshments spa products and supplies as needed
  • Support spa therapists by facilitating smooth transitions between services
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries needs and concerns
  • Uphold safety hygiene and sanitation protocols in accordance with hotel and health standards
  • Assist in inventory management and reporting of spa supplies
  • Promote spa services and products when appropriate
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Possess active license or certification in related field
  • One to two years in a public contact المنصب preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
  • Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanor
  • Ability to multitask work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
