We're Hiring | Service Engineer – Concrete Machinery (UAE)

Department: After-Sales Service

Zoomlion Gulf FZE is looking for an experienced Service Engineer – Concrete Machinery to join our after-sales team. If you have a strong background in heavy equipment maintenance and enjoy providing technical support in the field, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, commission, maintain, and repair concrete machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, engine, and chassis issues.
  • Provide on-site technical support, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
  • Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
  • Support machine delivery, customer training, and warranty activities.
  • Identify spare parts requirements and support spare parts sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent after-sales service.
Requirements
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment or commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Experience with concrete machinery (concrete pumps, truck-mounted pumps, trailer pumps, transit mixers, batching plants, or placing booms) is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with SINOTRUK, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, MAN, Scania, or other heavy-duty commercial vehicles is an advantage.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE, Oman, and other Middle East countries.
  • Basic English communication skills.
