• Design, develop, and deliver \"Train the Trainer\" programs for HSE instructors and supervision.
• Conduct training sessions on HSE topics such as hazard identification, risk assessment, PPE usage, fire safety, الأول aid, confined space entry, and emergency response.
• Mentor and evaluate internal trainers to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with الشركة HSE training standards.
• Review, update, and improve existing HSE training materials and documentation.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in HSE competencies across departments.
• Ensure all HSE training programs align with local and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001, and environmental standards).
• Develop and maintain training matrices, attendance records, and certification logs.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training through assessments, audits, and on-site observations.
• Coordinate with project managers and safety officers to schedule and deliver site-specific HSE training.
• Promote a positive safety culture by encouraging proactive behavior and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Train the Trainer certification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Written and spoken English is essential.
• Knowledge of Arabic will be an added value.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE roles, with at least 2 years in a training or coaching capacity.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE laws, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt training content for diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
