Senior Manager - Agency Partnerships

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale agency partnerships across new advertising demand channels, including agency selling, DSP partnerships, off site ads, and other growth opportunities.
  • Develop commercial strategies for endemic and non endemic advertisers across food, grocery, retail, and non food categories.
  • Own advertising revenue acceleration from new demand channels with direct accountability for monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Create account level ads strategies based on advertiser potential, category priorities, budget size, and expected commercial impact.
  • Identify, pilot, validate, and scale high impact advertising opportunities across on app and off app channels.
  • Treat extended demand channels as commercial growth levers and convert successful pilots into structured go to market models.
  • Define budget potential, revenue targets, and growth plans for priority agencies and large customer accounts.
  • Build customized product and commercial proposals that align with advertiser objectives and الشركة monetization priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal ads, product, commercial, marketing, and regional teams to shape scalable advertising solutions.
  • Bring best practices from the advertising, media, retail media, and digital monetization sectors into the growing ads business.
  • Act as a thought leader for agency partnerships and large customer advertising opportunities within the organization.
  • Balance strategic direction with tactical execution to deliver strong short term and long term commercial results.
  • Track revenue performance, campaign pipeline, account activity, and channel growth to ensure business targets remain on course.
  • Influence stakeholders across product, sales, operations, and leadership teams to support adoption of new advertising models.
  • Build trusted relationships with agencies, advertisers, media buyers, and senior commercial stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
  • Strong experience in advertising sales, agency partnerships, media partnerships, retail media, digital advertising, or commercial growth roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue targets in a number carrying sales or partnerships المنصب.
  • Experience building relationships with media agencies, DSP partners, advertisers, and large enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of on platform ads, off site advertising, programmatic demand, performance media, and commercial campaign models.
  • Ability to develop account level strategies rather than relying on generic sales approaches.
  • Comfortable working with both endemic and non endemic advertisers across food, grocery, retail, consumer brands, and wider digital categories.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to identify high potential opportunities and convert them into scalable revenue channels.
  • Experience launching or scaling new monetization products, demand channels, or go to market models is highly valuable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external decision makers.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess revenue performance, account potential, budget growth, and campaign opportunity.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced digital platform environment with shifting priorities and ambitious growth expectations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with confidence in leading senior commercial conversations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to pilot, test, refine, and scale new ideas quickly.
