About this role: Associate Director - Legal

Seeking a seasoned legal professional to provide timely and accurate advice on all relevant matters, ensuring the protection of the الشركة against legal exposure and liability.

Review and draft construction contracts using established template terms for various projects across multiple الموقعs. Provide advice on key risks associated with these contracts.

Amenable contract terms to align with commercial and legal requirements, advising business units on specific contractual amendments and related risks.

Provide expert guidance to business stakeholders regarding live projects where legal issues arise; such as contractual remedies for contractor-related delays or insolvency issues including major projects. Draft correspondence to contractors/consultants supporting adherence to relevant agreements.

Support the establishment of contractual relationships through expertise in dispute resolution concerning defects, and participate in arbitration processes. Act as liaison facilitating developments by securing necessary approvals from external counsel, independent experts etc.

Serve as primary point of contact for external Counsel regarding construction-related services
