We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner to support the analysis, prioritization, and delivery of strategic digital asset initiatives within a regulated financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital assets, blockchain/DLT, cross-border payments, real-world asset tokenization, and compliance/AML frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis activities from discovery through delivery across digital asset and blockchain-related initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, operational, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, business rules, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
  • Support initiatives involving digital assets, tokenization, cross-border payments, settlement, reconciliation, wallets, and custody solutions.
  • Document current and target-state processes, transaction workflows, controls, exception handling, and operational procedures.
  • Work closely with Compliance, AML, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to capture regulatory and control requirements.
  • Act as a Proxy Product Owner by supporting backlog management, requirement prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and functional clarification during delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, decision logs, and management presentations.
  • Support testing, UAT, implementation readiness, and business sign-off activities.
Required Experience
  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within banking, payments, fintech, or regulated financial services.
  • Proven experience working on digital asset, blockchain/DLT, tokenization, or related transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-border payments and transaction lifecycle processes.
  • Experience defining requirements related to AML, KYC, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and operational controls.
  • Strong stakeholder management, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business concepts into structured, implementation-ready requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with digital asset custody, wallets, token servicing, or smart contract-enabled solutions.
  • Exposure to APIs, enterprise integrations, and platform-led delivery models.
  • Business Analysis, Payments, Compliance, AML, Blockchain, or Digital Asset certifications are advantageous.
