SAP Business Consultant (S/4 HANA-Public Cloud implementations) to work closely with business departments and the SAP implementation partner.

This is a hands‑on, deep‑dive role focused on process discovery, fit‑gap validation, and ensuring sign‑off readiness for a major SAP Public Cloud implementation.

Experience: 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations

Employment Type: Full‑time

You will act as the bridge between business teams and the SAP implementation partner. Your focus will be to capture AS‑IS processes, identify real workflows and hidden dependencies, maintain a complete data inventory, validate fit‑gap documents, and drive corrections to final sign‑off.

Your work will directly impact configuration quality, UAT readiness, and leadership decision‑making.

• Conduct structured workshops and stakeholder interviews across departments
• Document end‑to‑end process flows, approvals, exceptions, and roles
• Validate fit‑to‑standard outcomes against real business practices
• Identify missing gaps and challenge incorrect assumptions
• Maintain action logs, decision registers, and governance trackers
• Ensure final sign‑off readiness with minimal rework

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
• Hands‑on expertise in fit‑to‑standard / fit‑gap methodology
• Strong process discovery, requirements gathering, and documentation skills
• Experience working with business stakeholders and external implementation partners
• Ability to cover multiple domains (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Retail, Projects, HR, Asset Accounting)
• Strong structured thinking and attention to detail
